A 1989 F70 Toyota Blizzard.
'Better' known as the first generation Daihatsu Rugger, Rocky, or Fourtrak - manufactured between 1984 and 1992.
This example has been outfitted with some sort of plow.. which is interestingly basic, with a cable to raise and lower, and a locking pin to set the angle manually.
Its safe to say this lil Rugger hasn't spent its life going particularly fast!
